Gabrielle started her journey in the Hotel Industry almost 20 years ago in Rio de Janeiro, where she acquired extensive experience in the luxury segment. Since 2023, she has joined the Grand Hyatt São Paulo team, where she took the position of Hotel Manager, being in charge of the operations area, bringing with her solid knowledge and a contagious passion.

Cinthia began her career in hospitality in 2006 and joined Hyatt in 2010 in Food & Beverage. In 2012 she began her journey in Events where she held several positions. Today, she leads two incredible teams who together work tirelessly to turn clients' visions into reality.

Natalia has more than 13 years of event planning experience and started her career at Hyatt in 2019. After a few positions in the Events Department, she now leads the team and strives for excellence with every program she services.

Camilo started his career at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo in 2014 as a Sales Coordinator and over the years became a Key Account Manager, overseeing some of the hotel's most important accounts, always focused on offering the best experience and service to his customers.

Aline started her career at Grand Hyatt São Paulo in 2018 as a Social Events Coordinator and, after a few years advancing in the Hospitality industry, she specialized in serving corporate accounts. Today, she works as a Mice Sales Manager, responsible for attending strategic segments of the hotel, carrying out her activities with a focus on providing excellent service and building relationships with her clients.

Amanda, with a professional career since 2007, has consolidated her expertise in the hospitality sector, with a focus on social events, culminating in her joining Hyatt in 2023, where she plays the role of Social Events Coordinator.

Daniel has started his career in 2007 and joined Hyatt in 2010. After over 8 years he moved to Chile in order to seek knowledge. Then, came back to Grand Hyatt São Paulo in 2022 as Banquet Chef, to provide a unique experience, creating an extraordinary environment with exceptional products.

Leonardo has started his career in 2012 in the program Young Apprentice, where he had his first contact with gastronomy and discovered his passion. With his development and dedication, he took positions within the kitchen and became Banquet Sous Chef, creating exceptional dishes.

Fernando Moraes

Pastry Chef

Fernando started his journey in Pastry and Bakery when he turned 18, working in hotels and restaurants. In 2004 he received the FISPAL award for the best young talent in Brazil. He got experience as a consultant and teacher, developing new recipes and leading teams. Fernando returned to Grand Hyatt São Paulo in May 2022 as a Pastry Chef, where he presents his talent by creating memorable desserts for social and corporate events.

William Torres started his career at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo in 2008 as kitchen assistant and thanks to his dedication and intense training, today he is the leader of the hotel's main restaurant – the C Restaurant.

Wagner Queiroz

Executive Sous Chef

Passionate about cooking since he was a child, Wagner began his career at the Grand Hyatt in 2002 and since 2021 he has worked as the hotel's executive chef.
In his 28 years of experience, he has acquired great knowledge in French and Italian cuisine, and today he focuses on Brazilian cuisine, always seeking to awaken the fresh flavors of food, combined with a clean and sustainable presentation.
